What happens after I have made a booking?

We will send you a confirmation email/SMS directly after receiving your online request. Once we have found you a suitable cleaner, you will receive a call and a second email/SMS confirming all booking details including date, time and who your allocated cleaner is

Which area do you service?

We do services at the following areas in RAK:  Mina Al Arab, Al Hamra Village, Al Marjan, Al Riffa,  Al Jazeera, Al Dhait (North & South), Khuzam, and RAK city area.

Can I book the same cleaner more than once?

This is possible with the rare exception. We will try our best to meet your expectations.

Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours before the cleaning is scheduled free of charge. Any cancellation or amendment made less than 24 hours before the cleaning scheduled time will incur cancellation costs equivalent to 100% of the cleaning fee.

What are my payment options?
We accept secure online and POS payments via credit card, bank transfers and cash payment.
What happens if the booked cleaning duration is not enough to complete a particular clean?

If the cleaner informs us that they require more time than booked we will contact you for approval. The minimum booking duration is 2 hours.

Question about reliability of the cleaners?

5 Stars screens all its cleaners through a strict process and does a complete background check including visa verification.

Does 5 Stars provide cleaning supplies?

Yes, 5 STARS provide cleaning products, materials and equipment. In case you prefer us to use your own cleaning products and materials, please kindly inform the office before your booking. We will send you the requirements list of equipment and products necessary to fulfil the task effectively and on time.

Do I get an invoice?
Yes. An electronic invoice will be emailed/sent to you immediately and hard copy will be provided upon the request.
How do I know how much time is needed for my booking?

Our booking system will ask you how many rooms and bathrooms need to be cleaned. It will also ask if you require additional cleaning services (such as ironing or inside oven cleaning) and then provide you with the estimated time necessary for your booking. We will contact you if more time is required and explain the reason.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the result?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with the cleaning result we will come back and re-clean the place. All complaints are accepted during 24 hrs after service was finished.
Should I be home for the cleaning?

This is entirely up to you. We recommend that you are there at least for your first booking. This allows for any questions to be answered and specific requirements communicated directly with your cleaner.

What is the price?

The hourly rate starts from 40 AED/hour for Standard Cleaning with the minimum time 2 hours and 50AED/hour for Deep Cleaning with the minimum time 6 hours. Fridays, Holidays and Overtime are charged with an extra fee. This includes all services which you can review or ask for at the time of booking.
